b. Marketers are solely responsible for their own business operations, including but not limited to taxes, licenses, permits, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Commission Structure:
a. Marketers may earn commissions based on the successful completion of digital marketing projects or sales generated through their efforts.
b. The specific commission structure, rates, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Company and each Marketer.
4. Payment Terms:
a. The Company will make reasonable efforts to pay commissions to Marketers in a timely manner.

5. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality:
a. Marketers may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Company, its clients, or other third parties.

c. Marketers shall use the confidential information solely for the purpose of performing their duties as freelancers for the Company.
6. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the freelance agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
b. Upon termination, Marketers shall cease using any Company materials, return any Company property, and discontinue representing themselves as affiliated with the Company.
